A native of San Diego and resident of Crest since 1975, Martha has been a licensed real estate agent since 2002. Her background includes office management/ customer service for a large construction company, assistant to a commercial realtor, and office manager of a busy real estate office. This background gives her a good insight into the details of each transaction; a knowledge she shares with her clients by keeping them informed and updated. Phil is in the Campo, Lake Morena area and knows the back country. He has lived there for 28 years and has a knowledge that realtors from town may not have. He is very involved in the community with chairing the Lake Morena Volunteer Fire Department and numerous area fund raisers. He was also Vice President of Mt.
